PENGARUH PRAKTEK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN), INFORMASI DUNIA KERJA DAN MOTIVASI MEMASUKI DUNIA KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN PERTANIAN PEMBANGUNAN (SMK PP) NEGERI PADANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN), informasi dunia kerja, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pertanian Pembangunan (SMK PP) Negeri Padang.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XII yang berjumlah 143 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik Probability Sampling kemudian pengambilan sampel dengan Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling yang dihitung menggunakan Teknik Software Raosoft Sample Size Calculator sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) dibuktikan dengan nilai Unstandardized Coefficients sebesar 0,477 atau 47,7%. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat ditambahkan variabel lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini seperti keaktifan berorganisasi, penguasaan soft kill, dan kemandirian belajar sehingga dapat menambah kesiapan kerja.

SUMMARY
This research aims to determine the influence of Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN), information on the world of work, and motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XII students at the Padang State Agricultural Development Vocational School (SMK PP).
The population in this study were all class XII students, totaling 143 students Teknik Probability Sampling then take samples with Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling which is calculated using the technique Software Raosoft Sample Size Calculator So the sample size was 105 respondents.
Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that the most influential variable is Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN) as evidenced by the Unstandardized Coefficients value of 0.477 or 47.7%. For further research, other variables that are not discussed in this research can be added, such as organizational activeness, mastery of soft kills, and learning independence so that they can increase work readiness.
