PRESTASI MAHASISWA DITINJAU DARI MINATBACA, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN PADA MAHASISWA JURUSAN MANAJEMEN FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS DHARMA ANDALAS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca, motivasi, dan lingkungan terhadap prestasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Dharma Andalas yang berjumlah 587 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 menggunakan rumus slovin untuk penarikan sampel. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukan Minat Baca berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi, Lingkungah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of reading interest, motivation, and environment on the achievement of Management Department Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study was 587 students from the Department of Management at Dharma Andalas University. The sample in this study was 85 using the Slovin formula for sampling. This research includes quantitative research, data collection using questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, the research results show that Interest in Reading has a positive and significant effect on Achievement, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Achievement, Environment has a positive and significant effect on Achievement.
