MENGHITUNG KEUNTUNGAN MAKSIMUM DARI PRODUKSI UMKM KERIPIK SANJAI DI DAERAH KOTA SOLOK MENGGUNAKAN SIMULASI METODE TABEL SIMPLEKS

Semenjak Indonesia terpapar virus Covid-19 pada tahun 2019, keadaan ini berdampak pada perekonomian Indonesia yang menurun drastis. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyaknya bermunculan UMKM di berbagai daerah. Tak terkecuali di kota Solok banyak bermunculan UMKM makanan ringan keripik sanjai. UMKM adalah singkatan dari usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Dalam berbisnis pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah pasti menemukan beberapa masalah yang akan dihadapi, seperti persaingan yang ketat dan minimnya minat pembeli. Masalah ini tentunya berdampak pada keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh pelaku usaha itu sendiri hingga mengalami kebangkrutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keuntungan maksimum dari produksi UMKM keripik sanjai dengan metode yang digunakan adalah simulasi metode tabel simpleks.

Since Indonesia was exposed to the Covid-19 virus in 2019, this situation has had an impact on the Indonesian economy which has declined drastically. This has resulted in the emergence of many UMKM in various regions. No exception in the city of Solok, many UMKM have sprung up for Sanjai chips snacks. UMKM stands for micro, small and medium enterprises. In doing business, small and medium- sized businesses will definitely find some problems to be faced, such as intense competition and lack of buyer interest. This problem certainly has an impact on the profits obtained by the business actors themselves until they experience bankruptcy. The purpose of this study was to determine the maximum profit from the production of UMKM Sanjai chips with the method used was a simulation of the simplex table method.
