ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh minat baca, motivasi,
dan fasilitas terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa jurusan manajemen fakultas
ekenomi dan bisnis universitas dharma andalas.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Universitas Dharma Andalas yang berjumlah
587.Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin untuk penarikan sampel
sehinggadiperoleh 85 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis
regresi linier berganda. Sebelum data diolah, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih
dahulu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat heteroskedastisidasdan
multikoliniearitas. Penelitian ini menggunakanminat baca, motivasi, dan fasilitas
sebagai variabel independen, dan prestasi sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil pengujian
secara parsial menunjukkan bahwaminat baca, motivasi, dan fasilitasmemiliki
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapprestasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen
Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas. Hasil pengujian secara
simultan menunjukan bahwa minat baca, motivasi, dan fasilitassecara bersama-sama
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen
Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of reading interest,
motivation, and facilities on the academic achievement of students majoring in
management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University. The
population in this research is 587 students majoring in Management, Dharma Andalas
University. This research uses the Slovin formula for withdrawal. The sample
resulted in 85 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression
analysis. Before the data is processed, a classical assumption test is carried out first.
The test results show that there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. This
research uses reading interest, motivation, and facilities as independent variables, and
achievement as the dependent variable. Partial test results show that interest in
reading, motivation and facilities have a positive and significant influence on the
achievement of students in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and
Business, Dharma Andalas University. Simultaneous test results show that interest in
reading, motivation and facilities together have a positive and significant effect on the
achievement of students in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and
Business, Dharma Andalas University.
