PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PERUMDA AIR MINUM KOTA PADANG

ABSTRAK
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
di Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan
kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 113 orang
karyawan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa
budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang.

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Competence on Employee
Performance at Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational
culture and competence on the performance of employees at Perumda Air Minum
Kota Padang. This research is quantitative, involving 113 employees of Perumda
Air Minum Kota Padang as respondents. The results of the study indicate that
organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee
performance, while competence does not have a positive and significant impact on
the performance of employees at Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang.
