RINGKASAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kelelahan, dan Stres Kerja terhadap
Kinerja Perawat. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini
merupakan data kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 54 perawat.
Hasil datam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kelelahan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai signifikan 0,004<0.05 dan t-hitung -3.043 (2)
Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan signifikan 0,449<0.05
dan t-hitung sebesar -0,763 (3) secara simultan Kelelahan dan Stres Kerja memilki pengaruh
signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05.

This research aims to determine the effect of fatigue and work stress on nurse
performance. The type of research is descriptive research. The type of data in this research is
quantitative data and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The population in this
study was 54 people and the sample in this study was 54 nurses.
The results of the research data show that (1) Fatigue has a negative and significant
influence on nurse performance with a significant value of 0.004<0.05 and a t-count of -3,043
(2) Work stress does not have a significant effect on nurse performance 0.449<0.05 and a t-count
of -0,763 (3) Simultaneously Fatigue and Work Stress have a significant influence on nurse
performance with a significant value of 0.000<0.05.
