PENGARUH KOMPETENSI,KOMUNIKASI,DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN FAZNET CABANG PADANG

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kompetensi,
komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Faznet
cabang Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Faznet cabang
Padang yang berjumlah 75 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Data
diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kemudian diolah dan diuji
dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui
berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan dari 3 variabel independen
kompetensi, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja,
membuktikan bahwa variabel 1). kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap produktivitas kerja, 2). komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap produktivitas kerja, 3). disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap produktivitas kerja, 4). Kompetensi, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja secara
simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil
koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa besar pengaruh kompetensi,
komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 54,6%
sedangkan sisanya 45,4% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam
penelitian ini. Serta variabel yang paling mempengaruhi produktivitas yaitu
komunikasi sebesar 47,1%.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of competence,
communication and work discipline on the work productivity of Faznet Padang
branch employees. The population in this study were 75 employees of Faznet
Padang branch, with a sample of 75 respondents. Data was obtained by
distributing questionnaires and then processed and tested using SPSS 21. From
the research conducted, it is known that based on the results of hypothesis testing,
it shows that the 3 independent variables are competence, communication and
work discipline on work productivity, proving that variable 1). Competence has a
positive and significant effect on work productivity, 2). communication has a
positive and significant effect on work productivity, 3). work discipline has a
positive and significant effect on work productivity, 4). Competence,
communication and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant
effect on work productivity. The results of the coefficient of determination show
that the influence of competence, communication and work discipline on work
productivity is 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% influences other variables not
examined in this research. And the variable that influences the most is
communication productivity at 47.1%.
