PENGARUH KOMPETENSI BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT RSKB ROPANASURI PADANG

SUMMARY
This research aims to determine the influence of Competency, Workload and Job
Stress on Nurse Performance. The type of research is descriptive research. The type of data
in this research is quantitative data and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The
population in this study was 58 people and the sample in this study was 58 nurses.
The results of the research data show that (1) Competency has a negative and
significant influence on nurse performance with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 and tcount
-6.752 (2) Workload has no effect on nurse performance (3) Job Stress has a
significant influence on nurse performance with a significance of 0.000<0.05 and a t-count of
8,840 (4) simultaneously Competence, Workload and Job Stress have a significant influence
on nurse performance with a significant value of 0.000<0.05.
