PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN INOVASI PRODUK TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH (UMKM) KERAJINAN ROTAN DI KOTA PADANG

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan
dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) kerajinan
rotan di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sampling jenuh adalah
teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.
Dalam penelitian sampel yang akan diambil adalah 52 pelaku usaha. Teknik analisis
yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebelum data diolah,
dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa
tidak terdapat heteroskedastisidas dan multikoliniearitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan
orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk variabel independen, dan kinerja usaha
sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel orientasi
kewirausahaan menunjukkan nilai t-hitung 2.251 > t-tabel 1.675 dan tingkat signifikansi
sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga orientasi kewirausahaan beperngaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel
inovasi produk nilai t-hitung 2.015 > 1.675 t-tabel dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000
< 0,05 sehingga inovasi produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan
terhadap terhadap kinerja UMKM kerajinan rotan di Kota Padang. Hasil pengujian
secara simultan menunjukan bahwa nilai Fhitung yaitu 10, 018 > dari nilai Ftabel 2,79
dan nilai signifikansi adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05s sehingga orientasi kewirausahaan
dan inovasi produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) kerajinan rotan di Kota Padang.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and
product innovation on the performance of rattan craft micro, small and medium
enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. This research uses a saturated sampling
approach, a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as
samples. In this research, the sample taken is 52 business actors. The analysis
technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Before the data is processed, a
classical assumption test is carried out first. The test results show that there is no
heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. This research uses entrepreneurial
orientation and product innovation as independent variables, and business
performance as the dependent variable. The results of partial testing of the
entrepreneurial orientation variable show a t-value of 2,251 > t-table 1,675 and a
significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 so that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive
and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs and the results of partial
testing of the product innovation variable have a t-value of 2,015 > 1,675 t-table and
a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 so that product innovation has a positive and
significant influence on the performance of rattan craft MSMEs in Padang City.
Simultaneous test results show that the Fcount value is 10, 018 > from the Ftable
value of 2.79 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05s so that entrepreneurial
orientation and product innovation together have a positive and significant effect on
the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises ( UMKM) rattan crafts in
Padang City.
