Abstract

This research has a quantitative method carried out on employees of PT.
PLN (Persero) uses AP2T in Natuna Regency, Riau Islands. This research is
entitled "The influence of system quality and information quality on user
satisfaction of centralized customer service applications (AP2T) at PT. PLN
(Persero) Natuna Regency, Riau Islands."
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of system quality and
information quality on user satisfaction of centralized customer service
applications (AP2T) at PT. PLN (Persero) Natuna Regency, Riau Islands partially
and simultaneously.
The population is 31 AP2T people at PT. PLN (Persero) Natuna Regency,
Riau Islands. The total sampling technique resulted in a sample of 31 people. The
sampling technique used incidental sampling so that a sample of 31 employees
were found who used AP2T in Natuna Regency, Riau Islands.
Based on research results 1) System quality has a positive and significant
effect on user satisfaction of centralized customer service applications (AP2T) at
PT. PLN (Persero) Natuna Regency, Riau Islands. 2) Information quality has a
positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of centralized customer service
applications (AP2T) at PT. PLN (Persero) Natuna Regency, Riau Islands. 3)
System quality and information quality together have a positive and significant
effect on user satisfaction of centralized customer service applications (AP2T) at
PT. PLN (Persero) Natuna Regency, Riau Islands.
