PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP
EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PEMUDA
DAN OLAHRAGA (DISPORA) PROVINSI SUMARETA BARAT
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan
menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai, dan
untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim
terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga
Provinsi Sumatera Barat. . Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai
kantor Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Barat sebanyak 83 orang
dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 karena seluruh
populasi dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik
pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner.
Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda,
Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji t dan Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komunikasi
tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, (2) kerjasama tim
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja, , (3)
komunikasi dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas
kerja.

SUMMARY
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of
communication on employee work effectiveness, to determine and analyze the
influence of teamwork on employee performance effectiveness, and to determine
and analyze the influence of communication and teamwork on employee work
effectiveness at the West Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Office. The
approach used in this research is a descriptive approach. The population in this
study was all employees of the West Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Office,
83 people and the sample used in this study was 83 because the entire population
was sampled using a saturated sample. The data collection technique in this
research uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses
Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, t Test and F Test, and
Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using SPSS shows
that: (1) communication has no significant effect on work effectiveness, (2)
teamwork has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness variables, (3)
communication and teamwork have a significant positive effect on work
effectiveness.
