PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP REHAVIOR (OCB)PADA PEGAWAI BALAI BESAR PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL PADANG

SUMMARY
This research aims to determine the influence of work family conflict and
individual characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees of
the Padang Social Welfare Education and Training Center. The type of research is
descriptive research. The type of data in this research is quantitative data and the data
collection method uses a questionnaire. The population in this study was 70 people and
the sample in this study was 70 employees.
The results of the research data show that (1) work family conflict has no
significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a significant
value of 0.075>0.05 and t-count 1.806> t-table 1.667 (2) individual characteristics
partially influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a significant value of
0.000<0.05 and a t-count value of 6.835> t-table 1.667 (3) simultaneously work family
conflict and individual characteristics of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with
a significant value of 0.000<0.05.
