Abstract

ABSTRAK
The aim of the research is to find out how much influence work conflict has on employee
career development at PT. KAI (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra, Influence of Individual Behavior on Career Development of PT Employees. KAI (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra, the influence of working conditions on the career development of PT employees. KAI (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra, and the influence of
Work Conflict, Individual Behavior and Working Conditions simultaneously influence the Career Development of PT Employees. KAI (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra.
The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 77 respondents. The data collection methods used were literature study, observation and questionnaires. The
research results show that work conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on career
development. Individual behavior has a positive and significant effect on career development. Working conditions have a positive and significant effect on career development. Conflict between individual behavior and working conditions has a significant positive effect on career development.
