Based on the results of data research using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) it shows that: (1) Self efficacy has a positive but not significant effect on work readiness, (2) soft skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness, (3) hard skills have an effect positive and significant on work readiness, and (4) self efficacy, soft skills and hard skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness.
The implication of the conclusion above is that in an effort to increase work readiness in students, students should pay attention to what they need to prepare by linking self efficacy, soft skills and hard skills. Efforts that can be made are to increase student work readiness. Many factors influence self efficacy, one of which is a lack of internal motivation and not being prepared to face problems. Meanwhile, to improve soft skills and hard skills is to provide training that is appropriate to the abilities possessed by students, so that they can be applied in the world of work later.
