RINGKASAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan
organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT ISS
Indonesia di Area Semen Padang Hospital.Pemilihan sampel jenuh adalah teknik
penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel, dimana
berdasarkan metode pemilihan sampel tersebut diperoleh 72 responden.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) variabel motivasi kerja
mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
Dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung nya 4,0158> t-tabel nya 1,666 (2)
variabel organizational justice mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
organizational citizenship behavior. Dengan nilai signifikansi0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung
nya 3,526> t-tabel 1,666 (3) variabel motivasi kerja dan organizational justice
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap organizational
citizenship behavior. Dengan nilai signifikansi F-hitung yaitu 42,687> dari nilai F-tabel
2,74 dan nilai signifikansi adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

SUMMARY
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work motivation and
organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT ISS Indonesia
in the Semen Padang Hospital Area. Saturated sample selection is a sample determination
technique when all members of the population are used as samples, which is based on the
sample selection method. 72 respondents were obtained.
The results of this research show that (1) the work motivation variable has a
positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. With a
significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 4.0158> t-table 1.666 (2) the
organizational justice variable has a positive and significant influence on organizational
citizenship behavior. With a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a t-count value of
3.526> t-table 1.666 (3) the work motivation and organizational justice variables have a
positive and significant effect together on organizational citizenship behavior. With an Fcount
significance value of 42.687> from an F-table value of 2.74 and a significance value
of 0.000 <0.05.
