PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. METRACO PADANG

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi,
motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap disiplin kerja PT.
Metraco Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Metraco
Padang yang berjumlah 70 karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang
digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh 70 responden. Teknik analisis
yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebelum data diolah,
dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa
tidak terdapat heteroskedastisidas dan multikoliniearitas. Penelitian ini
menggunakan komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik sebagai
variabel independen, dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil
pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan
lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
disiplin kerja PT. Metraco Padang. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukan
bahwa komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara bersamasama
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja PT. MetracoPadang.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of communication, work
motivation and non-physical work environment on PT work discipline. Metraco
Padang. The population in this study were employees of PT. Metraco Padang,
totaling 70 employees. The sampling method used was a saturated sample so that
70 respondents were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression analysis. Before the data is processed, a classical assumption test is
carried out first. The test results show that there is no heteroscedasticity and
multicollinearity. This research uses communication, work motivation and nonphysical
work environment as independent variables, and work discipline as the
dependent variable. Partial test results show that communication, work motivation
and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on
PT work discipline. Metraco Padang. Simultaneous test results show that
communication, work motivation and the non-physical work environment together
have a positive and significant effect on PT work discipline. Metraco Padang.
