PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY, PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA S1 MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS DHARMA ANDALAS PADANG

This research is research conducted on Bachelor of Management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang in the class of 2020/2021 & 2021/2022. The research title is: "The Influence of Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Undergraduate Management Students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang". The aim of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of Bachelor of Management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study is all active students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program at Dharma Andalas University, Padang in the 2020/2021 & 2021/2022 class, totaling 165 students. The number of samples taken in this research was 123 respondents. The sample used in this research was non-probability sampling technology with a purposive sampling method. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Goggle From, then the data was processed and tested using SPSS.
This research shows that based on partial hypothesis testing (t test) the Self-Efficacy variable has no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is because the value of tcount (6.642) > ttable (1.657) with a significance value of (0.000) < 0.05, then H1 is accepted. Based on partial hypothesis testing (t test), it shows that the Entrepreneurship Education variable has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is because the value of tcount (2.481) > ttable (1.657) with a significance value of (0.015) < 0.05, then H2 is accepted. Based on partial hypothesis testing (t test), it shows that the Family Environment variable has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is because the value of tcount (2.828) > ttable (1.657) with a significance value of (0.005) < 0.05, then H3 is accepted. Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test), it shows that Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment have a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is because the value of Fcount (171.312) > Ftable (3.07) with a significance value of (0.000) < 0.05, then H4 is accepted.
