Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation,
non-financial compensation and organizational culture on employee work productivity at
PT. Prosegur Cahs Indonesia Padang Branch. The sample in this research was all
employees at PT. Prosegur Cahs Indonesia Padang Branch, totaling 34 employees. This
research data comes from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The
analytical method used is a quantitative method using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0. The
results of this research show that financial compensation has a positive and significant
effect on employee work productivity; non-financial compensation has a positive and
significant effect on employee work productivity; organizational culture has a positive and
significant influence on employee work productivity; The variables financial
compensation, non-financial compensation and organizational culture have a positive and
significant effect on employee work productivity.
