PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN RELIGIUS TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI INTEGRITAS KINERJA PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN PROVNSI SUMATRA BARAT

This research uses a quantitative survey type method which was carried out
at the West Sumatra Provincial Education Office. This research is entitled "The
Influence of Competency and Religiosity on Employee Performance through Work
Integrity at the West Sumatra Province Education Service".
The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of
competence and religiosity on employee performance through work integrity at
the West Sumatra Provincial Education Service.
The population is employees of the West Sumatra Education Service with a
total of 120 people. The non-probability sampling technique used the Isaac and
Mechael table at 5% so that a sample of 78 people was found.
Based on direct research results, it was found: 1) Competency has a positive
and significant effect on work integrity at the West Sumatra Provincial Education
Service. 2) Religiosity has no effect on work integrity at the West Sumatra
Provincial Education Service. 3) Competency has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance at the West Sumatra Provincial Education Service. 4)
Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees
at the West Sumatra Province Education Service. 5) Integrity has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of employees at the West Sumatra Provincial
Education Service. The research results indirectly found 1) Competency has no
effect on employee performance through work integrity at the West Sumatra
Provincial Education Service. 2) Religiosity has no effect on employee
performance through work integrity at the West Sumatra Provincial Education
Service.
