Abstract
This research is a survey research on employees at the Padang High Court office. This research is entitled "The influence of competence, communication and work ethic on the work effectiveness of employees at the Padang High Court office". This research aims to determine the influence of competency, communication and work ethic on employee work effectiveness at the Padang High Court office. This type of research is quantitative research and data collection methods use questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all employees at the Padang High Court office, totaling 92 people. The number of samples taken in this research were 72 civil servant employees at the Padang High Court Office. The sampling technique in this research is NonProbability Sampling with a purposive sampling method, that is, the samples taken are samples that have certain criteria.
Based on research results and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) shows that: (1) Work culture has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (2) Information Technology has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (3) Technology Information has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (4) and work culture, remuneration and information technology simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
The conclusion from the statement above confirms that a positive and inclusive work culture, support for fair and transparent remuneration, and effective use of information technology can increase employee motivation, involvement and overall productivity at the Padang High Court office. So a good integration of these three elements creates a work environment that allows collaboration, innovation and optimal achievement of organizational goals for employee performance.
